During spring, hives are strategically placed in wild blueberry fields to boost pollination and blossom development. These bees collect nectar from the delicate white flowers of the blueberry bush, creating a light amber honey with a well-rounded, subtly fruity flavour. The result is a delicate honey with just a hint of blueberry character. Like all our honey, this blend is unpasteurized and retains its natural pollen and propolis—delivering the anti-bacterial and anti-oxidant properties that raw honey is prized for.
